Skinny Blueberry Mojitos

A light take on a mojito with fresh blueberries
Cook Time 15 minutes mins
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 fresh peppermint leaves or 4 fresh spearmint leaves
- 3 tsp fresh lemon juice can substitute with bottled if need be
- 3 tsp fresh lime juice can substitute with bottled if need be
- 3 shots Bacardi Limon rum
- 10 ounces diet tonic water
- 4 ice cubes
- Mint leaves and blueberries for garnish
Muddle blueberries, mint, and citrus juices together.
Add the muddled mix to a 32 oz drink shaker.
Add the Rum, tonic water and ice cubes to the shaker and shake the ingredients together for 10 seconds and pour into the two 16 oz glasses. Add ice or tonic water to fill glasses.
Garnish with whole blueberries and mint sprig.
